Notice is hereby given that I, Jaswinder Singh, have applied to the Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as JIM’S GOLDEN FRY, 2 CRAGHEAD ROAD, PELTON FELL, CHESTER LE STREET, CO DURHAM. DH2 2NH A variation is sought to :- Add the delivery of alcohol with current deliveries of hot food. The full application can be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Authority, Annand House, St Johns Road, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS between Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm by appointment. Representations must be made in writing to: Durham County Council, PO Box 617, Durham. DH1 9HZ by 1st October 2015. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
