Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) (England) Order 2015 Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2010
The following planning applications are those affecting the setting of a Listed Building, a Conservation Area, a Public Right of Way, or major applications and are available to view on our website. Views relating to the planning applications listed below should be made by 01/06/2018 quoting the reference number. All views expressed regarding a planning application will be considered and placed on a file, which is open to the public.

Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic:
(a) Chittoe Heath (Part), Bromham;from its junction with A342 Devizes Road for a distance of approximately 230m in a westerly direction to enable Ringway to undertake a drainage CCTV survey and associated works. Alternative route via Chittoe Heath (unaffected length) - A3102 Westbrook - A342 Devizes Road and vice versa. (b) Naish Hill/ Reybridge (Part), Lacock; from its junction with Mons Lane for a distance of approximately 50m in an easterly direction to enable Ringway to carry out bridge repair works. Alternative route via Naish Hill (unaffected length) - Bewley Lane -The Wharf - Hither Way - Melksham Road -West Street - Chapel Hill - Cantax Hill - Mons
Lane and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 4 June 2018 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required for five days. (c) Upper South Wraxall (Part), South Wraxall; from a point adjacent to the property "Mount Pleasant Farm" for a distance of approximately 30m in a westerly direction to enable Wessex Water to carry out standard connection works. Alternative route via Upper South Wraxall (unaffected length) - B3109 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 15 May 2018 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 17 May 2018.

(d) Dauntsey Road (Part), Little Somerford; for a distance of approximately 30m either side of the railway bridge to enable Balfour Beatty to undertake works to repair defective guttering on the bridge deck. Alternative route via Dauntsey Road (unaffected length) - Idover Road - The Green - Church Lane - Dauntsey Road - Top Street - Park Lane - The Street and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 15 May 2018 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required for one night between the hours of 23.00 and 06.00. (e) Greenhill (Part), Corsham; from its junction with Upper Potley for a distance of approximately 100m in a south-easterly direction to enable Dave Lucey Ltd to undertake work to provide a sewer connection. Alternative route via Greenhill (unaffected length) - Moor Green - Westwells and vice versa. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated durations to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Orders will have a maximum duration of 18 months.
