Summary of Proposed Variation(s)/Conditions* INCREASED LICENSED AREA, PLANNING APPROVAL 15/02653/FUL RECEIVED 9TH NOVEMBER 2015 TO CREATE A SUN ROOM ON THE TERRACE AREA AT FIRST FLOOR LEVEL. WHICH WILL INCREASE THE TERRACE MARGINALLY - WITH AN INCREASE OF CAPACITY TO APPROXIMATELY 30/40 PEOPLE. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for the variation of a premises licence or club premises certificate. A person guilty of such an offence is liable to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
