PUBLIC NOTICE PUBLICATION OF PLAN PROPOSAL MID-CHERWELL NEIGHBOURHOOD PLAN 2018 - 2031 NEIGHBOURHOOD PLANNING (GENERAL) REGULATIONS 2012 (AS AMENDED)

REGULATION 16 Mid-Cherwell Neighbourhood Plan Forum has prepared the Mid-Cherwell Neighbourhood Development Plan for the Mid-Cherwell Neighbourhood Plan Area on behalf of eleven parishes including Heyford Park. The Plan proposes planning policies to be used in the determination of planning applications within the Neighbourhood PlanArea. Cherwell District Council is undertaking public consultation on the draft (Submission) Plan. The draft Plan and supporting documents are available for public comment from Friday 4 May to Tuesday 19 June 2018 and are available on-line at https://www.cherwell.gov.uk/planningpolicyconsultation Hard copies are available to view at the locations below and during the following opening hours: CherwellDistrict Council Offices, Bodicote House, Bodicote, Banbury OX15 4AA. Representations received after 5pm on Tuesday 19 June 2018 may not be considered.

Please note that all representations will be publicly available and will be forwarded for consideration to the person appointed to carry out an examination of the Plan.
