SOMERSET COUNTY COUNCIL (TRENCHARD WAY. TAUNTON) (TEMPORARY TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS) (SPECIAL EVENTS) ORDER 2018 (NORTHERN INNER DISTRIBUTOR ROAD EVENT)

Notice is hereby given that Somerset County Council intends to make an Order in pursuance of Section 16 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of vehicles on Trenchard Way, Taunton as specified in Schedule 1 to this Order.
The Order will be made to facilitate the Northern Inner Distributor Road Event and is in the interest of public safety. The restrictions shall apply when indicated by traffic signs.
The Order shall come into operation at 1100 hours on Thursday the 14th of June 2018 and will remain in force until 1700 hours on Thursday the 14th of June 2018.
Exemptions are provided in the Order for emergency vehicles.
