LICENSING ACT 2003
An application has been made to
Vale of White Horse District Council
for a new premises licence under
section 17 of the Act by Tesco Stores Ltd, in respect of Tesco
Stores Ltd, Unit 2 and 3, Elms
Court, Chapel Way, Botley, Oxford,
OX2 9LG to sell alcohol between
06:00 - 23:00 Monday to Sunday.
The licensing register and a record
of the application may be inspected
at the offices of Vale of White Horse
District Council – Licensing, 135
Eastern Avenue, Milton Park, OX14
4SB, between normal office hours
Monday to Friday except public
holidays.
Any representation by a
responsible authority or a person
likely to be affected by the grant of
the application must be made in
writing to the council by 29/05/2018.
It is an offence to knowingly or
recklessly make a false statement
in connection with an application,
for which a person is liable on
summary conviction to a maximum
fine of £5,000.
