NOTICE OF MAKING OF AN ORDER -HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL

PUBLIC FOOTPATH No 94 (ILKLEY) (PART) PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2018 BRADFORD ROAD, BURLEY IN WHARFEDALE
The above Order, made on 8th May 2018 under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 will divert the claimed public footpath 1.6 metres wide commencing at its junction with Bradford Road, Burley in Wharfedale at Point A on the Order map and running in a westerly direction for a distance of 11 metres to Point B on the said Order map.
The new footpath will be as follows :- A footpath 1.6 metres wide commencing at its junction with Bradford Road, Burley in Wharfedale at Point C on the Order map and running for a distance of 9 metres in a westerly direction to Point B on the Order map

A copy of the Order and the Order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge at Customer Services, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford BD1 1HY from 9.00 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. on Monday - Friday. Copies of the Order and map may be purchased.
Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to the[ the Interim City Solicitor, City of Bradford MDC, City Hall, Bradford BD! 1HY or by email to legalobjections@bradford.gov.uk to be received no later than 12 noon on 7th June 2018. Please state the grounds on which they are made.
If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. Ifthe Order is sent to the Secretary ofState for the Environment for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
