The Borough of Blackburn with Darwen

(Sett End Road North, Blackburn) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2018

NOTICE Is hereby given that the Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, made the above Order under Section 14 (1) (a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order is to close Sett End Road North from its junction with Duttons way.

The closure is necessary for the following reason: Replace a banging frame and cover. The Order will come into force on 11th May 2018 and shall continue in force for a period of eighteen months or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 11th May 2018.

The alternative route for the affected traffic will be Sett End Road North, Duttons Way and Partnership Way

Access for emergency vehicles and pedestrians

will be maintained at all times.
