Notice is hereby given that We, Greene King Brewing & Retailing Limited have applied to the City of Bradford Metropolitan Borough Council on 3rd May 2018 for a variation to a premises licence to use the premises at: Angel, 9 Northgate, Baildon, BD17 6LX.To vary the licensing plans to include the following: Full internal refurbishment including internal and external redecoration. Alterations to fixed seating in the bar area. Formation of bar servery to be included in licensed area (part of existing barn/store area). For full and further details please view the licensing plans. Any part of the variation application that changes the plan/layout at the premises to be of no effect until the work has beeli complete. The Licensing Authorty must receive representations by the date given above.The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingy or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
