Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
(Whitepits Lane, Portway)(Temporary Closure) Order 2018 Order made: to close that part of Whitepits Lane, Portway from its junction with C2175 Seaford Lane to its junction with C2292 Alcester Road in order to facilitate carriageway edging works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2175 Seafield Lane, Brockhill Lane, C2292 Alcester Road and viceversa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days Commencing: 14 May 2018.
(C2036 Lea End Lane, Hopwood)(Temporary Closure) Order 2018 Proposed Order: to close that part of C2036 Lea End Lane, Hopwood from its junction with Watery Lane to its junction with Icknield Street in order to facilitate filming of the TV show 'Doctors'.
Exemptions: to permitaccess to anyland or premises frontingthe highwayaffected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternativeroute: Icknield Street, C2001 RadfordRoad, WateryLane and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 31 May 2018.
(Feckenham Road, Hunt End, Redditch)(Temporary Closure) Order 2018 Proposed Order: to close that part of Feckenham Road, Hunt End, Redditch from its junction with Tippings Hill to its junction with Weavers Hill in order to facilitate gas works by Balfour Beatty.
Exemptions: to permitaccess to anyland or premises frontingthe highwayaffected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: Enfield Road, B4504 Windmill Drive, C2079 Callow Hill Lane, Love Lyne, Tippings Hill and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days Commencing: 4 June 2018.
(Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2009 (Variation) Order 2018 [Prohibition of Waiting on Crossgate Road, Redditch]
On 26 April 2018 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibitwaiting atanytime on the following lengths and sides ofroads in Redditch:
CrossgateRoad(north side)fromthenorthern mostjunction with itselffor adistance of61 metres in asouth easterlydirection.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on 17 May 2018.
A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement ofReasons for making the Order may be inspected at Redditch Borough Council, Planning Department, Town Hall, Walter Stranz Square, Redditch, Worcs, B98 8AH, and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours.

(U30005 Weavers Hill/Wadbury Hill, U30007 Feckenham Road And U30005 TippingsHill, Redditch) (30 Mph Speed Limit) Order 2018
On 26April2018WorcestershireCountyCouncil madean Order theeffectofwhich will be to reduce the speed limit on the following lengths of roads in Redditch to 30 miles per hour:-
U30005 Weavers Hill/Wadbury Hill from a point482 metres west ofits junction
with A441 Evesham Road to its junction with B4504 Enfield Road. U30007 Feckenham Road from its junction with U30005 Weavers Hill for a distance of 620 metres in a south westerly direction. U30005 Tippings Hill from its junction with U30007 Feckenham Road for a distance of133 metres in a northerlydirection. There are exemptions in the Order for Special Forces Vehicles. The Order will come into operation on 10 May 2018.

B4101 from a point 190 metres west of its junction with Icknield Street to a point 707metreseastofthatjunction;from itsjunction with Carpenters Hill toitsjunction with Seafield Lane.
There are exemptions in the Order for Special Forces Vehicles. The Order will come into operation on 10 May 2018.
A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement ofReasons for making the Order and any affected existing Order may be inspected at Bromsgrove District Council, Customer Service Centre, Parkside, MarketStreet, Bromsgrove, Worcs., B61 8DA and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours. ThevalidityoftheCouncil'spowersin makingtheOrder or thisexerciseofthem may be questioned by application to the High Court within six weeks from the date on which the Order was made.
