ALMA ROAD EN3 & NAPIER ROAD EN3 -TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in order to facilitate essential utility works on Alma Road EN3 and Napier Road EN3, the Council of the London Borough of Enfield have made the Enfield (Alma Road EN3 and Napier Road EN3) (Temporary Restriction of Traffic) Order 2018 under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

2. The effect of the Order will be to;

i.) prohibit vehicles from waiting and loading at any time on both the eastern and western sides of Alma Road EN3 from the existing restrictions at its junction with South Street EN3 to No.47-51 Alma Road EN3; and
ii.) prohibit vehicles from waiting and loading at any time on Napier Road EN3 from the existing restrictions at its junction with Alma Road EN3 for approximately 20 meters.
3. The prohibitions referred to in paragraph 2 above would only apply when the appropriate signage is in place and would not apply to works vehicles or, if the works allow, to police or emergency services vehicles.

4. The prohibitions will come into operation on 9th May 2018 and will continue in force for approximately 9 weeks or until such time that the works have been completed.
