(FILMING - SPECIAL EVENT)
ORDER 2018
NOTICE is hereby given that on 4 June 2018
Oxfordshire County Council proposes to make the
above order under Section 16A of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984.This Order is being introduced
for traffic control and safety measures to facilitate
filming organised by Robin Pim, Endemol Shine
UK Ltd, The Shepherds Building, Charecroft Way,
Hammersmith London,W14 0EE.
The order will be in force from 7am to 8pm on
11 & 12 June 2018, the effect being closure to traffic
of Britwell Hill Road, from a point 300 meters
north of the entrance to Wood Farm, to a point
300 meters south of junction with Red Lion Farm/
Britwell Hill Road in Britwell Salome.
The alternative route for traffic is via Howe Hill,
Howe Road, B480, B4009 or B4009, Firebrass
Hill, Cat Lane, Parsons Lane, Church Lane, B481.
There will be controlled access for pedestrians/
cyclists and for access to property and exemptions
for emergency services.

proposed Order are available for public inspection
at County Hall, New Road, Oxford OX1 1ND
from 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday; and at
Watlington Library, 42c High Street, OX49 5PY, from
2 - 7pm Monday, 9.30am to 12.30pm and 2 - 5pm
Tuesday, 2 - 6pm Thursday, 9.30am to 12.30pm and
2 - 5.30pm Friday and 9.30am to 1pm Saturday.

and a Statement of Reasons for the proposed Order.
