LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Bracknell (T) Hairdressing LTD of 47 High street, Bracknell, Berkshire, RG12 1EA.
Notice is given that Bracknell (T) Hairdressing
has applied to Bracknell Forest Borough Council
for a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the
Licensing Act 2003.
The proposed licensable activities are: Sale/ supply of Alcohol Monday to Sunday 09.00 to 21.00
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Team, Bracknell Forest Council, Time Square, Market Street, Bracknell, RG12 1JD or by email to licensing@bracknell-forest.gov.uk. Representations must be received by 01/06/2018.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale (unlimited amount).
