HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili wrth weithredu ei bwerau o dan y Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y’i diwygiwyd) yn bwriadu mewn nid llai na saith diwrnod o ddyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn i wneud Gorchymyn, a fydd â’r effaith o wahardd cerbydau rhag mynd ar hyd.
Y B4254 o’r ochr ddwyreiniol o’i gyffordd gyda Pharc Manwerthu Gât Coed Duon i ochr orllewinol y gyffordd gyda’r heol mynediad yn arwain at Ystâd Ddiwydiannol Penmaen.
Disgwylir i’r Gorchymyn arfaethedig gychwyn ar 10fed o Fai 2018 am gyfnod nid yn fwy na deunaw mis neu nes bod y gweithfeydd wedi eu cwblhau, p’un bynnag sydd gynharaf.
Bydd llwybr arall ar gael drwy Ffordd Menter Sirhywi A4048, Heol Trecelyn B4251 a’r rhwydwaith heol leol.
Y rheswm am wneud y Gorchymyn yw i ganiatáu am archwiliadau pellach ac atgyweiriadau brys i gael eu gwneud i Bont Afon Sirhywi.

B4254 Southern Cross Valley Link, Blackwood Temporary Prohibition of Driving Order 2018

NOTICE is hereby given that Caerphilly County Borough Council in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) intends in not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from proceeding along.
The B4254 from the eastern side of its junction with Blackwood Gate Retail Park to the western side of its junction with the access road leading to Penmaen Industrial Estate.
The proposed Order is expected to commence on 10th May 2018 for a period not exceeding eighteen months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
An alternative route will be available via A4048 Sirhowy Enterprise Way, B4251 Newbridge Road and the local road network.
The reason for making the Order is to allow for further inspections and emergency repairs to be carried out to Sirhowy River Bridge.
The order is required by Caerphilly County Borough Council.
