I Rupinder Paul Singh do hereby give notice that I have applied to Darlington Council for the Variation of Premises Licence at Craig’s Pizzaria, 33 Craig Street, Darlington. The application is to permit the supply of alcohol off the premises from 10:00 to 24:00 Sunday to Thursday and 10:00 to 24:30 on Friday and Saturday Interested parties or responsible authorities wishing to oppose the application must give notice in writing to: the Principal Licensing Officer, Darlington Council, Town Hall, Feethams, Darlington, DL1 5QT by 31 May 2018. It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) at the Licensing offices of Darlington Council at the above address between the hours of 9.00am and 4.00pm or on the worldwide web at http:// www.darlington.gov.uk
