THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARYCLOSING OF REEDS CRESCENT, WATFORD) ORDER 2018

NOTICE is given thatthe Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section
14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using thatlength of
Reeds Crescent, Watford from its junction with NorbuiyAvenue south eastwards for adistance
of approximately 38 metres ("the Road"), except for access.
An alternative route will be via Reeds Crescent, Orphange Road and Reeds Crescent.
The Order is needed because utility service installation works are proposed to be executed on
or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 21 May 2018 for aperiod of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.
Acopy of the proposed Order may be inspected free of charge at County Hall, Hertford between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm (excluding weekends, bankand public holidays). NOTICE is given thatthe Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using thatlength of Water Lane, Watford from its junction with Bushey Hall Road south westwards to its junction with A411 Beechen Grove ("the Road"), adistance of approximately 504 metres, except for access.
An alternative route will be via Bushey Hall Road, Greatham Road, ParkAvenue, Link Road, Radlett Road, Orphanage Road, Woodford Road, Clarendon Road and A411 Beechen Grove orviaA411 (Beechen Grove/Exchange Road/Beechen Grove), Clarendon Road, St Johns Road, Orphanage Road, Radlett Road, Link Road, ParkAvenue, Greatham Road and Bushey Hall Road. (RESTRICTION OF WAITING) ORDER 2018 THE HERTFORDSHIRE (MAIN AVENUE, MOOR PARK, RICKMANSWORTH) (PARKING PLACES) ORDER 2018
NOTICE is given thatthe Hertfordshire County Council in order to ensure road safety and free movement of traffic proposes under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to implement new Traffic Regulation Orders to regulate Waiting Restrictions and Limited Waiting Parking Places in Moor Park, Rickmansworth. The general effect of the Orders will be to address anomalies identified following areview of the existing Traffic Regulation Order made in 2001. The new Orders will regulate the restrictions set out in general terms within the schedules to this notice and the 2001 Order will be revoked as part of this process.
Documents giving more detailed particulars of the proposals may be inspected from 4May 2018, during normal office hours, at the offices of Three Rivers District Council, Three Rivers House, Northway, Rickmansworth, Herts, or Main Reception, Hertfordshire County Council, County Hall, Pegs Lane, Hertford, or may be viewed on line at www.hertfordshire.gov.uk/trafficorders by selecting Three Rivers and looking at Ref: TR00218.
An overview plan of the restrictions will also be on display from 4May 2018, at MP58 Offices, 2a Main Avenue, Moor Park.

SCHEDULE 1: No waiting at anytime - effecting those roads listed belowand as set out in the Order and accompanying plan - Parts of North Approach, South Approach, Wolsey Road, Main Avenue and Pembroke Road.
SCHEDULE 2: No Waiting between 8:30am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday inclusive - effecting those roads listed belowand as set out in the Order and accompanying plan - parts of -Wolsey Road, Russell Road, Pembroke Road andAstons Road. SCHEDULE 3: No waiting between 1:00pm and 2:00pm Monday to Saturday inclusive -effecting thatroad herein listed and as set out in the Order and accompanying plans -part of Main Avenue.
SCHEDULE 4: No Waiting between 10:00am to 12 noon and 2:30pm to 4:30pm Monday to Friday inclusive - effecting those roads herein listed and as set out in the Order and accompanying plan - Parts of North Approach, South Approach, Main Avenue and WestburyRoad.
SCHEDULE 5: Parking Places - effective between 8:30am and 5:30pm Monday to Saturday inclusive, limited to 75 minutes waiting with no return within the next 90 minutes - effecting thatroad herein listed and as set out in the Order and accompanying plan - parts of
Main Avenue.
