Statutory Notice Harrow Council Woodlands School Special School Expansion
Notice Is given In accordance with section 19(1) of the Education and Inspections Act 2006 that Harrow Council Intends to make a prescribed alteration to Woodlands School, Bransgrove Road, Edgware, Middlesex, HA8 6JP from 01 September 2018.
Woodlands School Is a special school for pupils aged 4-11 with severe and complex needs some with autism and this Is the only special school In Harrow that meets this need of primary aged pupils. Harrow Council proposes to permanently expand the school by 12 places.
The current capacity of the school Is 120 and the proposed capacity will be appropriate for 132 pupils. The current number of pupils registered at the school Is 121.
