Licensing Act 2003: Application of Premises License - Licensing Application, Licensing Act 2003.

An application has been made to the Licensing Authority for Swindon for the grant of a Premises Licence by Liz Hobbs Group Ltd The application seeks the following licensable activities and times:
31st of August 2018
Live Music: 16:00hrs – 23:00hrs
Recorded Music: 16:00hrs – 23:00hrs
Supply of Alcohol: 16:00hrs – 23:00hrs

The full application may be inspected at the Offices of the Licensing Authority, Swindon Borough Council, Wat Tyler West Floor 5, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH between the hours of 09.00 hours and 16.30 hours Monday to Friday.
Responsible Authorities, and/or other persons (e.g. people/businesses living or working within the vicinity), can make representations at any time between 25/04/2018 - 23/05/2018.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, for which a person is liable on summary conviction to a maximum fine of £5,000.
