Notice is given that Gallagher Estates, Charles Brown and Simon Digby has provided the Secretary of State with further information in relation to an environmental statement and transport assessment that has already been provided in support of the planning appeal for "Outline - Residential development of up to 180 dwellings to include affordable housing, public open space, localised land remodelling, compensatory flood storage and structural planting."
Members of the public may inspect copies of any documents relating to this appeal at the offices of Cherwell District Council during office hours. The updated environmental statement, may be inspected on line, or at Cherwell District Council Planning Department, Bodicote House, Bodicote, Banbury, OX15 4AA (01295 221837) until 24 May 2018.
