LONDON BOROUGH OF MERTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1)
MANSEL ROAD, SW19 (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2018
1. The Council of the London Borough of Merton hereby give notice that to facilitate crane works in Mansel Road, SW19, they have made an Order, the effect of which will be to temporarily restrict vehicular traffic in the said road.
2. During the worksite) no person will cause or permit any vehicle to enter or proceed
in Mansel Road, SW19, between the south-western kerb-line of Wimbledon Hill Road and a point 40 metres south-west of that kerb-line;
(b) no person will cause or permit any vehicle to wait, including for the purposes of loading or unloading, in the length of road specified in paragraph 2(a) above; and
(c) any designated parking place situated in the length of road specified in paragraph 2(a) above will be suspended.
3. The restrictions will only apply during such times and to such extent as will from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
4. Vehicular traffic affected by the road closure should proceed via Wimbledon Hill Road and the mini-roundabout in High Street, Wimbledon, or via Raymond Road, Worple Road and Wimbledon Hill Road.
5. Nothing in the Order will apply to: -
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works; or
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform, or a police community support officer in uniform; or
(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.
6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any waiting prohibition imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
7. The Order will come into operation on Saturday 12th May 2018 and will remain in force for one month. The works were originally anticipated to be carried out on 12 May 2018, but are now expected to be carried out on Saturday 2 June 2018 and Sunday 3 June 2018 with the 9 June 2018 and 10 June 2018 designated as backup dates.

LONDON BOROUGH OF MERTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1)
(LITCHFIELD AVENUE, SM4) (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2018
1. The London Borough of Merton Council hereby give notice that to facilitate carriageway resurfacing and reconstruction works to be undertaken in Litchfield Avenue, SM4, they have made an Order, the effect of which during the works will be to temporarily prohibit vehicular traffic from entering, proceeding in or waiting (including in any parking places or for the purpose of loading or unloading) in Litchfield Avenue, between its junction with Elm Road and its junction with Rutland Drive.
2. Any designated parking place situated in the length of Litchfield Avenue specified above will be suspended for the duration of the works in that road or length of road.
3. Vehicular traffic affected by the road closure should proceed using Elm Road, Epsom Road, Rustington Way and Rutland Drive.
4. The restrictions will apply only during such times and to such extent as will from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
5. Any vehicle that is in contravention of any waiting restrictions imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
6. Nothing in the Order will apply to: -
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle; or
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or police community support officer in uniform; or
(c) emergency service vehicles, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency; or
(d) any person requiring vehicular access to properties in Litchfield Avenue insofar as access is reasonably practicable without interference with the said works.
7. The Order will come into force on Wednesday 9 May 2018, with the works anticipated to take place between 8am and 4.30pm for a period of 8 weeks. However, the Order will remain in operation for a maximum period of 6 months and its provisions will be re-introduced during that period should further works be required.

LONDON BOROUGH OF MERTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1)
EVELINE ROAD, MITCHAM (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2018
1. The Council of the London Borough of Merton hereby give notice that to facilitate development works at No. 34 Eveline Road, Mitcham, they have made an Order, the effect of which will be to temporarily restrict pedestrian and vehicular traffic in the said road.
2. During the works no person will:-
(a) cause or permit any vehicle to wait, including for the purpose of loading or unloading any vehicle, in Eveline Road, the north-west side, between a point 2 metres north-east of a point opposite the common boundary of Nos. 7 and 9 Sessions Terrace, Eveline Road and a point 2 metres south-west of the common boundary of Nos. 34 and 36d Eveline Road;
(b) enter or proceed in the north-western footway of Eveline Road adjacent to the length of road specified in paragraph 2(a) above.
3. The restrictions will only apply during such times and to such extent as will from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
4. Pedestrians affected by the footway closure should proceed using the temporary footway provided.
5. Nothing in the Order will apply to: -
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or in connection with the delivery or collection of material to or from the works site; or
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or a police community support officer in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer; or
(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.
6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any waiting prohibition imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
7. The Order will come into operation on Friday 4th May 2018 and remain in force until 31st May 2019 inclusive or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier.

LONDON BOROUGH OF MERTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1)
(HAZELWOOD AVENUE, SM4) (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2018
1. The London Borough of Merton Council hereby give notice that to facilitate carriageway and footway resurfacing and reconstruction works to be undertaken in Hazelwood Avenue, SM4, they have made an Order, the effect of which will be to temporarily restrict traffic in the above-named road.
2. Subject to paragraphs 6 and 8, whilst the Order is in force:-
(a) vehicular traffic will be prohibited from entering or proceeding in Hazelwood Avenue, between its junction with Abbotsbury Road and its junction with Central Road during the carriageway works;
(b) vehicular traffic will be prohibited from waiting (including in any parking places or for the purpose of loading or unloading) in the road or length of road specified in sub-paragraph (a) above during either the carriageway or the footway works;
(c) pedestrian traffic will be prohibited from entering or proceeding in the footways on either side of the road or length of road specified in sub-paragraph (a) above during the footway works.
3. Any designated parking place situated in the length of Hazelwood Avenue specified above will be suspended for the duration of both the carriageway and footway works in that length of road.
4. Vehicular traffic affected by the road closure should proceed via Central Road, the Morden Hall Roundabout, Morden Hall Road, Aberconway Road and Abbotsbury Road or vice-versa.
5. Pedestrian traffic affected by a footway closure should proceed via the footway opposite.
6. The restrictions will apply only during such times and to such extent as will from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
7. Any vehicle that is in contravention of any waiting restrictions imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
8. Nothing in the Order will apply to: -
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle; or
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or police community support officer in uniform; or
(c) emergency service vehicles or personnel, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency; or

9. The Order will come into force on Friday 4 May 2018, with the footway works anticipated to take place between 8am and 4.30pm until Friday 22 June 2018. The carriageway works are anticipated to take place during the summer. However, the Order will remain in operation for a maximum period of 1 year and its provisions will be re-introduced during that period should further works be required.

LONDON BOROUGH OF MERTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1)
CHURCH ROAD, SW19 (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2018
1. The Council of the London Borough of Merton hereby give notice that to facilitate development works at The All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club (AELTC) in Church Road, SW19, they made an Order, the effect of which will be to temporarily restrict vehicular traffic in the said road.
2. During the works no person will cause or permit any vehicle to wait in Church Road, SW19, the west side, from the north side of Gate 4 of the AELTC northward for a distance of 41 metres.
3. The restrictions will only apply during such times and to such extent as will from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
4. Nothing in the Order will apply to: -
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any vehicle being used in connection with the collection or delivery of goods or materials to the AELTC; or
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or a police community support officer in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer; or
(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.
5. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any waiting prohibition imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
6. The Order will come into operation on Friday 4th May 2018 and remain in force until 31st May 2019 inclusive or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier.
