Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence
Raffaele Raccio has applied to Wandsworth Council to make the following variation to their licence at The Italian Boys, 157 Putney High Street, London SW15 1RT as follows : To extend the sale of alcohol and late night refreshment hours on Friday and Saturday from 10.00 hours until 01.30 hours (on and off licence). Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Head of Licensing, Wandsworth Council, PO Box 47095, London SW1B 9AQ by 22nd May 2016. The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) at the offices of Wandsworth Council (Environmental Services), Technical Services Reception, 5th Floor, Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London SW18 2PU between the hours of 10.00am and 4.00pm. Information on all new and variation applications received by the Licensing Authority may be viewed on the Council's Website www.wandsworth.gov.uk/licensing. It is an offence liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale of £5,000 under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
