Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence.
Notice is hereby given that BONG-GYU KIM has applied to Wandsworth Council to vary the premises licence at THE UMI, 4 BEDFORD HILL, SW12 9RG as follows SALES OF ALCOHOL FOR DELIVERY AND TAKEAWAY.

The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment at the offices of The London Borough of Wandsworth Customer Service Centre, Ground Floor, Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London SW18 2PU between the hours of 10.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Information on all new and variation applications received by the Licensing Authority can be viewed on the Council's website www.wandsworth.gov.uk It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is £5000.
