LAND AT SPECTRA PARK, SLUTCHERS LANE, WARRINGTON: PUBLIC CONSULTATION EVENT
All are welcome to attend a public exhibition in relation to Countryside Properties’ proposed residential development on land at Spectra Park, Warrington. Countryside Properties will be applying for planning permission for residential development comprising of two bed apartments and two, three and four bed family homes. There will be on-site public open space with landscaping throughout the development. The proposed development is being designed to be a safe and attractive place to live. The scale and character of the proposals will contribute towards and enhance the local area. Vehicular access into the site will be provided via Slutchers Lane and a new access to Chester Road which was granted planning permission last year. Off road parking will be provided for each dwelling. An indicative site layout will be displayed at the consultation event. The event will take place on Wednesday 16 May between 4pm and 8pm at Village Hotel Warrington, 110 Centre Park Square, WA1 1 QA and there will be an opportunity to ask questions and provide comments on the scheme.
