The United Reformed Church - Northern Synod The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservations Areas) Act 1990 The Ecclesiastical Exemption (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) (England) Order 2010 Notice is given that Northgate United Reformed Church, Darlington DL 1 1QU has applied under the above mentioned legislation to carry out works including Internal alterations to church + minor repair work to external stone walls and that consideration of these proposals will be given after 28 days from the date of this NOTICE.
