Application has been made by
Innspired Leisure (Durham) Limited
to the Licensing Authority of Durham
County Council for a Premises
Licence for Players at Unit 3, Freeman
Place,Walkergate, Durham, DH1 1SQ.
The application includes the
following terms: 1. To enable the sale
of alcohol between 10:00hrs and
0200hrs daily. 2. To permit regulated
entertainments and the provision of
late night refreshment as specified in
the application between 10:00hrs and
02:30hrs daily (as applicable). 3. To
enable the sale of alcohol, provision
of regulated entertainment and late
night refreshment for extended hours
on New Year’s Eve and the morning
British Summer Time is applied, as
specified in the application. 4. On not
more than 15 occasions in any
calender year, to carry on licenable
activitied until 04:00hrs on any day,
subject to proper notice having been
given as detailed in the application.

A responsible authority or any
other person can make written
representations to the Licensing

It is an offence for anyone knowingly
or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with a
Licence Application. The maximum
fine on summary conviction is
unlimited.
