LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is given that we, Abyssinia Kitchen of 186 Pensby Road, Heswall CH60 7RJ have applied to the Wirral Borough Council for the grant of a premises Licence in respect of the Premises known as Abyssinia Kitchen Ethiopian Restaurant, for the following licensable Activities: Sale of Alcohol by Retail on the following Days and Hours: Tuesday to Sunday between 15:00 to 23:00 hours. A full copy of the above application is kept by the Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey. The application can be viewed Monday to Friday 10:00am to 4:30pm except bank holidays. Any persons wishing to make representation in respect of the application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey, no later than 21st May 2018. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on a summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
