LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION
Notice is hereby given that THAT Bournemouth Big Hotel Ltd has submitted a premises licence application to Bournemouth Borough Council. The application is for a variation of the licence for the premises known as Hilton Hotel, Terrace Road, Bournemouth, BH2 5EL. The application proposes a variation of the plan and addition of conditions. Anyone who wishes to make representations concerning this application must to so in writing to: The Licensing Authority, Bournemouth Borough Council, Town Hall Annexe, St Stephen's Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6DY no later than 17 May 2018. The full application may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of the Licensing Authority at the above address or on the Council's website, www.bournemouth. gov.uk. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is £5,000.
