PUBLIC NOTICE Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 notice is given that all creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the estate of Charles John late of 38 Front Street Pity Me Durham DH1 5DW who died on 14 December 2017 and whose will was proved in The District Probate Registry at Newcastle Upon Tyne on 18 April 2018 by Ellen Middleton and Lenard John the executors named in it are required to send written particulars to the undersigned solicitors on or before 18 October 2018 after which date the executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which they then have had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands they then have not had notice.
