LICENSING ACT 2003 - Notice is hereby given that the following application has been submitted to Richmondshire District Council in accordance with the above Act:
1. Name of applicant: The Burgoyne Hotel Ltd.
2: Postal address of premises: The Burgoyne Hotel, On The Green, Reeth, North Yorkshire, DL11 6SN.
3. Proposed variation to licensable activities: Sale of alcoholic drinks to members of the public.
4. The register of applications and the record of this application is available for inspection at the Licensing Section, Richmondshire District Council, Mercury House, Station Road, Richmond.
5. Representations concerning this application should be submitted, in writing, to the above-named by not later than 20th May 2018.
6. is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
