Notice is given that Tapper and Son (Poole) Ltd has applied to Purbeck District Council for a Premises License in respect of Harbour View Crematorium & Woodland Burial Ground, Randalls Hill, Lytchett Minster, Poole BH16 6AN for provision of alcohol.

Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to, The Licensing Section, Purbeck District Council, Worgret Rd, Wareham BH20 4PP within 28 days of the date of this notice. The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the above address. It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5000.00).
