PUBLIC NOTICE LICENSING ACT 2003

To whom it may concern: I Kwangjoo Choi Do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority at Kingston Borough Council Premises Licence at 95A Kingston Road New Maiden Surrey KT3 3PA and known as Tongdak Korean Restaurant.

The application is to sell alcohol Sunday to Thursday 11.00 hours to 00.00 hours, Friday to Saturday 11.00 to 01.00 hours. And late night refreshments Sunday to Thursday 23.00 hours to 00.00 hours, Friday to Saturday 23.00 to 01.00 hours. Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Kingston Borough Council, Licensing Team, Guildhall 2, High Street, Kingston upon Thames, KT1 1EU or by email to licensing@kingston.gov.uk not later than 15th May 2018. Representations received after this date will not be considered.

A copy of the application can be viewed at Kingston Borough Council, Licensing Team, Guildhall 2, High Street, Kingston upon Thames, KT1 1EU, during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000.
