LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE
I Stephen John Ainscough of Birkacre Nurseries Limited hereby give notice that we have applied to vary a Premises Licence. The application is to- • Move the alcohol consumption boundary so that it covers the site of the new restaurant and its outdoor seating area. • Extend the alcohol licence boundary so that it covers the entire main building of the centre. • Change the premises name from ‘Camerons Restaurant Limited’ to ‘Birkacre Nurseries Limited’. No other changes are applied for other than those listed above. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations on this application in writing to the Licensing Manager, Chorley Council, Civic Offices, Union Street, Chorley, Lancashire, PR7 1AL or by emailing contact@chorley.gov.uk by no later than 18/05/2018.
