NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015

I give notice of the receipt of the following applications:-

Applicant: Relta Limited & Dylon 2 Limited

Proposal: Demolition of the existing buildings and redevelopment of the site by the erection of a four to eight storey development with basement parking, comprising 151 residential units (63, one bedroom; 80, two bedroom and 8 three bedroom) together with the construction of an estate road and ancillary car and cycle parking and the landscaping of the east part of the site to form open space accessible to the public.

Proposal: To erect an aluminium conservatory to the rear of the property which falls within the RAF Biggin Hill Conservation Area, the character or appearance of which it is desirable to preserve or enhance

The proposed developments do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the areas in which the land to which the applications relates are situated.

*As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 AS AMENDED -Section 14

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC DURHAM ROAD SHORTLANDS

NOTICE OF INTENTION

1. The Council of the London Borough of Bromley HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that in order for Thames Water to repair a water leak THEY INTEND to make an Order the effect of which will be to impose the following restrictions on vehicular traffic-Durham Road Shortlands will be closed to through traffic for up to three days from Monday 14th May 2018. The point of the closure will be in approximately 40m from the junction of Queen Anne Avenue.



Displaced traffic will be diverted via:-Queen Anne Avenue Westmoreland Road Durham Road

2. THE Order will come into effect on Monday 14th May 2018 with no specified finish date.



3. NOTHING in this Order shall apply to anything done with the permission or direction of a Police Officer in uniform or a Traffic Warden.



4. THE restriction referred to in this Order shall not apply to vehicles being used in connection with the works



5. ACCESS to properties will be maintained as far as is practicable from either side of the closure as appropriate. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Emergency access and egress routes will be maintained at all times.



6. ALTHOUGH the Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months, it is expected that the actual works will take up to three days to complete and will begin on or after the commencement date of the Order.



7. THE prohibitions referred to in paragraph 1 above shall apply only during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC HOMESDALE ROAD BROMLEY

NOTICE OF INTENTION

1. The Council of the London Borough of Bromley HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that in order for a crane to be removed and dismantled from the former Dripping Tap site THEY INTEND to make an Order the effect of which will be to impose the following restrictions on vehicular traffic:-



Homesdale Road Bromley will be closed to Northbound traffic from 07.00am on Saturday 12th May 2018 until 19.00pm on Sunday 13th May 2018. The point of the closure will be at the junction with Masons Hill/ Bromley Common A21. Southbound traffic will not be able to turn right onto Masons Hill A21.

Displaced traffic will be diverted via the following three following

diversions:-

Diversion 1

Masons Hill A21

Kentish Way A21

Widmore Road A222

Bickley Road A222

Page Heath Lane

Diversion 2 Bromley Common A21 Crown Lane Spur Crown Lane Southborough Lane Blackbrook Lane Bickley Park Road A222 Page Heath Lane

Diversion 3 (for traffic not able to turn right into Masons Hill

Left onto Bromley Common A21

The following back up dates have also been arranged in the event that the works need to be rescheduled.

From 07.00am on Saturday 19th May 2018 until 19.00pm on Sunday 20th May 2018

From 07.00am on Saturday 2nd June 2018 until 19.00pm on Sunday 3rd June 2018

From 07.00am on Saturday 9th June 2018 until 19.00pm on Sunday 10th June 2018

2. THE Order will come into effect on Saturday 12th May 2018 with no specified finish date.



3. NOTHING in this Order shall apply to anything done with the permission or direction of a Police Officer in uniform or a Traffic Warden.



4. THE restriction referred to in this Order shall not apply to vehicles being used in connection with the works

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC BUCKHURST ROAD BIGGIN HILL

NOTICE OF MAKING AN ORDER

1. The Council of the London Borough of Bromley HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that in order for BT to complete cabling works THEY HAVE MADE an Order the effect of which will be to impose the following restrictions on vehicular traffic:-



Buckhurst Road Biggin Hill will be closed to through traffic for up to one night on Monday 30th April 2018 between the hours of 22.00pm on Monday 30th April 2018 until 05.00am on Tuesday 1st May 2018. The point of the closure will be approximately 80m from the junctions of Grays Road.

Displaced traffic will be diverted via:-

Main Road A233

Jail Lane

Berrys Hill

Berrys Green Road

2. THE prohibitions referred to in paragraph 1 above shall apply only during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
