Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 that any persons having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Elsie Thurston deceased, also known as Elsie May Thurston, late of 10 Fenton Close, Stockwell SW9 OST and who died on the 25th October 2017 and whose Will was proved on 19th March 2018 is required to send particulars thereof in writing of his/her claim or interest to the undersigned and to send such particulars no later than 5th July 2018, after which date the Personal Representatives will distribute the Estate among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice and will not, as respects the property so distributed, be liable to any persons of whose claim they shall not then have had notice.
