Temporary Waiting Restrictions The Green, Twickenham
(Reference 18/088)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate filming on Twickenham Green, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in The Green, Twickenham.


2. Whilst the filming is taking place, no person may permit a vehicle to wait or stand in the following length of The Green, Twickenham:-


(a) the northern side of The Green, on the southern side of the carriageway, from a point opposite the eastern boundary of No 70 The Green, westwards for a distance of 57 metres;


(b) the south-eastern side of The Green, on the north-western side of the carriageway opposite the north-eastern boundary of No 59 The Green, south-westwards for 25 metres.


3. The order will come into effect on 23 April 2018 The restrictions will be in force between 9.30am and midnight on 23 April 2018 and at the same time for a further four nights until midnight on 27 April 2018. The restrictions are expected to be required for 3 days only during this period, the other 2 days being contingencies.


4. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.


5. Nothing in the Order applies to:


(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;


(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a traffic warden; or


(c) emergency service vehicles.


6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

Temporary Parking Suspension South Worple Way, East Sheen
(Ref: 18/086)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate gas main replacement works, they have made a temporary Traffic Order to restrict traffic in South Worple Way, East Sheen.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in in the 2 parking bays located outside Old Bridge Cottage, South Worple Way.


3. The order will come into effect on 23 April 2018. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 23 April 2018 until 13 May 2018. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.


4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to:


(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;


(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or


(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.


5. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.


6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Notice may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

Temporary Waiting Restrictions Bicester Road and Lambert Avenue, Richmond Latchmere Lane, Ham Edgar Road and Simpson Road, Whitton

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate delivery and collection of temporary accommodation to facilitate the holding of the local elections, they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in the above-mentioned roads.


2. Whilst the works take place, no person may permit a vehicle to wait or stand in the lengths of streets at the times specified on the Schedule to this Notice.


3. The order will come into effect on 1 May 2018. The works are anticipated to be in progress from 1 May 2018 until 4 May 2018. The provisions of the order will be in force where relevant signs/cones are placed. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.


4. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.


5. Nothing in the Order applies to:


(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;


(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or


(c) emergency service vehicles, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency.


6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
