NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Buff & Bear Limited intends to apply for a variation of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as the Old Ale And Coffee House, Crane Street, Salisbury, Wiltshire, SPI 2QD. The variation proposed is as follows: Application is made to: I.Amend the licensing plan in accordance with the drawing which accompanies this application. 2. Extend the terminal hour for regulated entertariment in the form of live and recorded music on Thursday to Saturday to midnight 3.Add the provision of late night refreshment from 23.00 hours to 00.20 hours the following day on Sunday to Wednesday; and from 23.00 hours to 02.20 hours the following day on Thursday to Saturday. 4. Add the provision of films from 08.00 hours to 23.00 hours on Sunday to Wednesday; and from 08.00 hours to midnight on Thursday to Saturday. 5. Add non-standard timings as detailed in the application. 6. Remove certain conditions in Annex 2 of the Premises Licence and
