Section 53 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, Definitive Map and Statement for the County of Herefordshire, Herefordshire Council (Addition of Restricted Byways ME38, CZ46 and DO16, Addition of Bridleways ME40, ME41 and CZ47 and Upgrading of Footpath ME9 (Part) to Restricted Byway ME39 Parishes of Michaelchurch Escley, Craswall and Dorstone) Modification Order 2018
The above Order made on 27th March, 2018, if confirmed as made, will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by adding to them the following:

Addition of Restricted Byways ME38 Michaelchurch Escley and CZ46 Craswall

Running from junction of C1206 road at OS Grid Reference SO 3043, 3401 to junction with Public Bridleway CZ32 Craswall and Public Footpath ME9 Michaelchurch Escley at OS Grid Reference SO 2845, 3696.

Addition of Bridleways ME40 and ME41 Michaelchurch Escley and CZ47 Craswall

Running from junction of Public Footpath ME9 Michaelchurch Escley at OS Grid Reference SO 2836, 3717 to Michaelchurch Escley / Dorstone parish
boundary at OS Grid Reference SO 2689, 3957.

Addition of Restricted Byway DO16 Dorstone

Running from Michaelchurch Escley / Dorstone parish
boundary at OS Grid Reference SO 2689, 3957 to C1205 road at OS Grid Reference SO 2665, 4013.
And upgrading the following:

Upgrade of Footpath ME9 (Part) to Restricted Byway ME39 Michaelchurch Escley

Running from junction of Public Bridleway CZ32
Craswall at OS Grid Reference SO 2845, 3696 to OS Grid Reference SO 2836, 3717.

Copies may be provided on payment of the photocopying charges of Herefordshire Council ("the Council"). Copies are also available on the Council's website at www.herefordshire.gov.uk.

Representations or objections to the Order must be made in writing to Will Steel, Public Rights of Way Manager, Balfour Beatty Living Places, Unit 3, Thorn Business Park, Rotherwas Industrial Estate, Hereford, HR2 6JT, or by email to HerefordshirePROW@bblivingplaces.com, quoting reference PROW/M256 and stating your reasons, to be received not later than 12th June, 2018. Your details may be imparted to third parties.
If no representations or objections are duly made to the Order, or to any part of it, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Council, instead of submitting the Order to the Secretary of State (or part of it if the Council has by notice to the Secretary of State so elected under paragraph 5 of Schedule 15 to the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981) may itself confirm that Order (or that part of the Order). If the Order is submitted to the Secretary of State, Department of Environment Food and Rural Affairs, in whole or in part, any representations or objections which have been duly made and not withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
