Herefordshire Council Notice of Making

NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, under its relevant powers, have made the U65005 Lockhill, Upper Sapey, Temporary Closure Order 2018 to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the following road: U65005 Lockhill, Upper Sapey, outside Harvest Lea. OS Grid Ref: 368438 / 263482. There is no alternate route for those affected by the proposal.

The said closure is required due to the installation of a water pressure monitor and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 2nd May 2018 and may remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months, (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State), but the works are expected to be completed within 3 days.
