An application has been made to the Licensing Authority for Swindon for the grant of a Premises Licence by H20 Club Limited in respect of 37 - 38 Fleet Street, Swindon, SN1 1RE

The application seeks the following licensable activities and times:
Performance of Live Music - Monday to Sunday 12:00 - 04:00
Recorded Music - Monday to Sunday 12:00 - 04:00
Films - Monday to Sunday 12:00 - 02:00
Supply of Alcohol - Monday to Sunday 12:00 - 04:00

The full application may be inspected at the Offices of the Licensing Authority, Swindon Borough Council, Wat Tyler West Floor 5, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH between the hours of 09.00 hours and 16.30 hours Monday to Friday. Responsible Authorities, and/or other persons (e.g. people/businesses living or working within the vicinity), can make representations at any time between Saturday 21st April 2018 and Friday 18th May 2018 All representations must be made in writing [including e mail or fax], to the Licensing Manager, at the above address or by email to licensing@swindon.gov.uk
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, for which a person is liable on summary conviction to a maximum fine of £5,000.
