WORCESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (C2016 Kingsford Lane, Wolverley)(Temporary Closure) Order 2018
Order made: to close that part of C2016 Kingsford Lane, Wolverley from its junction with Castle Hill Lane for a distance of 420 metres in a southerly direction in order to facilitate kerb works by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highwayaffected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2016 Kingsford Lane, C2016 Drakelow Lane, C2019 Wolverley Village, B4189 Wolverley Road, B4189 Shatterford Lane, A442 Bridgnorth Road, C2130 Shatterford to Beacon Lane, C2130 Beacon Lane, Sheep wash Lane, Bird's Barn Lane, C2016 Kingsford Lane and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months.
Anticipated duration: 1 day (within a 2 week period)
Commencing: 30 April 2018.
(Footpath SV-559, Stourport on Severn) (Temporary Closure Order) 2018
Order made: to close part of Footpath SV-559,
Stourport on Severn for its entire length.
The Order has been made due to a hazardous earth mounds. There are exemptions in the Order to permit access to anyland or premises havingafrontage to the highway affected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: A451 Minster Road, U11400 Kingsway and vice versa.
Theproposed Order will continuein forcefor aperiod not exceeding 6 months or until the works which it is proposed to be carried out have been completed, whichever istheearlier. However,it is anticipated that the Order will only be operative for 6 months commencing on 1 May2018.
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended) (Footpath UA-650 (part), Upper Arley)(Temporary Closure Order) 2018
Proposed Order: to close Footpath UA-650 (part), Upper Arleyfrom between itsjunction with Ordnance Survey Grid Reference SO 7764 7735 and SO 7786 7681.
The Order is being made due to surfacing work on the footpath.
Exemptions: to permitaccess to anyland or premises havingafrontageto thehighwayaffected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken.
No alternative route available.
Theproposed Order will continuein forcefor aperiod not exceeding 6 months or until the works which it is proposed to be carried out have been completed, whichever istheearlier. However,itisanticipated that the Order will only be operative for 6 months commencing on 17 May 2018.
