Public Notice Licensing Act 2003

We, Harry Lonnkvist and Marcus Mulot, do hereby give notice that we have applied to the licensing authority of the Vale of Glamorgan for the variation of a premises licence at 114 Glebe Street, Penarth, Vale of Glamorgan, CF64 1EB known as The St Fagans Castle. The application is to allow the sale of alcohol and playing of recorded music until; Midnight Sunday to Thursday 02:00 Friday and Saturday 02:30 Bank Holiday Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and Christmas Eve. With the premises to close 30 minutes after the end of licensable activities. Provision of recorded music until 04:00 New Years Eve/Day. All other hours are to remain unchanged.

Any persons wishing to make representations to this application may do so in writing to the licensing department, Vale of Glamorgan Council Civic Offices, Holton Rd, Barry, CF63 4RU, or by email to licensing@valeofglamorgan.gov.uk not later than 28 days after the date of this notice. Representations received after this date will not be considered. A copy of the application can be viewed at the civic offices during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000
