TAYLOR WIMPEY - OUTLINE PLANNING APPLICATION FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF LAND AT POOL IN WHARFEDALE – REVISED ILLUSTRATIVE MASTERPLAN

Taylor Wimpey submitted an Outline Planning application (to seek approval for the principle of development) for up to 70 new homes on the western edge of Pool in Wharfedale along with an access point off Pool Road (near to the Shell Petrol Filling Station). Leeds City Council refused this application for a number of reasons. Following this refusal decision, Taylor Wimpey decided that it would appeal the refusal and a public inquiry commences on
Tuesday 15th May 2018.
In March 2018, Taylor Wimpey decided to amend the Illustrative Masterplan to show a reduced amount of development of up to 55 dwellings.
