(Pan Lane, East Hanningfield) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Pan Lane, East Hanningfield in the City of Chelmsford, from its junction with Southend Road to its junction with Old Church Road for a distance of approximately 1500m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 3rd May 2018 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2246666 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while gully and drainage works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Southend Road, Main Road, East Hanningfield Road, Rettendon Road, Main Road, Old Church Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 19th April 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Main Road, Chelmsford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Main Road, Chelmsford in the City of Chelmsford, from a point approximately 520m north of its junction with Workhouse Lane for a distance of approximately 120m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 3rd May 2018 for 1 night (Between 2000-2330 hrs), or where stated on a valid permit (AD037RO54349771/2 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while works to replace manhole frame and cover undertaken by Anglian Water An alternative route is available via Priory Road, Main Road, White Elm Road, Hyde Lane, Maldon Road - B1418, Southend Road, Oak Corner, Burnham Road, Chelmsford Road, Barons Lane, Fambridge Road, Lower Burnham Road, Woodham Road, Saltcoats Roundabout, Burnham Road and Main Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 19th April 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
