LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Application has been made by Aldi Stores Limited to the Licensing Authority of Easdeigh Borough Council for a Premises Licence for the Aldi Store at Unit IB, Chestnut Avenue Retail Park, Easdeigh, S053 3LE. The proposed licensable activity is the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premis­es each day of the week between 0700 and 23:00.

Written representations can be made to The Licensing Team, Southampton & Easdejgh Licensing Partnership, PO Box 1767, Southampton, SO 18 9LA at any time up to and including 16 May 2018. It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is £5,000.
