Notice is hereby given that I Aaron Cummins, Made Original Ltd has applied on 06/04/18 to Bury Council (The Licensing Authority), for a Premises License for 1-3 Moss Lane, Whitefield, M45 6QE. To allow the holding of regulated entertainment (live music) and recorded music between the following hours; 09:00-22:00 Sun-Wed and 09:00:23:00 Thurs-Sat and to allow the sale/supply of alcohol between the following hours: 10:00-22:00 Sun-Wed and 10:00:23:00 Thurs-Sat Any persons having observations on this application should submit them in writing within 28 days from date of the application to : The Licensing Unit Manager, Bury Town Hall, Knowsley St, Bury, BL9 0SW, or by email to lisencing@bury.gov.uk The full application may be viewed at the above offices between 10am - 4pm Mon- Fri. IT IS AN OFFENCE, to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection for which you may be liable to a fine of up to £5000 on summary conviction.
