NOTICE OF TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER DENBIGHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL QUEEN STREET, RHYL
NOTICE OF TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF LOADING BAYS ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14
Denbighshire County Council intends not sooner than 7 days from 25th April 201 8 to make an Order which will temporarily suspend the use of the loading bays on the length of road referred to in the Schedule below.
The reason for the suspension is to facilitate a temporary pedestrian footway whilst NatWest Bank is being decorated by ISG Retail.
The Order will come into force on 1 3th May 201 8 and remain in force for a period of eighteen months or until the completion of the works whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that the works will take approximately 4 days to complete.
Schedule
Lengths of Road at Rhyl in the County of Denbigh
Queen Street; commencing approximately 10 metres from its junction with Market Street in a north westerly direction for a distance of approximately 20 metres.
