Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure)(England) Order 2015 Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2010

The following planning applications are those affecting the setting of a Listed Building, a Conservation Area, a Public Right of Way, or major applications and are available to view on our website. Views relating to the planning applications listed below should be made by 10/05/2018 quoting the reference number. All views expressed regarding a planning application will be considered and placed on a file, which is open to the public.
COOMBE BISSETT - 18/03084/VAR Caddens, Lower Road, Homington, Vary condition 2 of planning permission 17/07475/FUL;
SALISBURY CITY -18/02915/FUL 13 Brown Street, New shop front & first floor access;
WHITEPARISH - 18/02922/FUL & 18/03099/LBC Wisteria House, The Street, Rear extension/internal alterations.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic:
(a) Crow Lane (Part), Wilton; from its junction with North Street for a distance of approximately 60m in a north-westerly direction to enable SGN to carry out essential gas works. Alternative route via Crow Lane (unaffected length) - A30 - Russell Street and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 14 May 2018 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 18 May 2018. For further information please contact Tammy Keir (SGN) on 02392 624523;
(b) A345 (Part), Amesbury and Durrington; from its junction with A303 to its junction with A3028 to enable Wessex Water to undertake works to install new water main. Alternative route via A345 (unaffected length) - A342 - A338 - A303 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 14 May 2018 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required nightly between the hours of 19.00 and 06.00 until 17 May 2018. (c) A345 Salisbury Road (Part), Amesbury; from its junction with South Mill Road for a distance of approximately 500m in a southerly direction to enable Tarmac to undertake highway resurfacing work including installation of road markings and associated works. Alternative route via A345 (unaffected length) - A303 - A360 - A36 - A345 (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 15 May 2018 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required daily between the hours of 09.30 and 15.30 until 22 May 2018. d) Fisherton Street (Part), Salisbury;
for a distance of approximately 30m either side of the railway bridge to enable Centurion Site Services to undertake a bridge examination. Alternative routes: Eastbound via Fisherton Street (unaffected length) - Bridge Street - Minster Street - Castle Street - A36; Westbound via Fisherton Street (unaffected length) - A36 - Castle Street - Blue Boar Row -Brown Street-St. Ann Street - St. Johns Street-Catherine Street - New Canal Road - High Street - Bridge Street. This Order will come into operation on 21 April 2018 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required for one night between the hours of 21.00 and 05.30. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made Orders to close temporarily to all traffic:
(e) Elcombe Lane (Part), Alvediston; from its junction with C12 Crook Hill, Alvediston for a distance of approximately 710m in a southerly direction To enable Eurovia to undertake works for carriageway resurfacing, surface dressing and road markings. No alternative route is available. This Order, which previously came into operation on 27 February 2018, will now recommence on 20 April 2018 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 23 April 2018 (excluding the weekend). (f) Norfolk Road (Part), Salisbury; from its junction with Essex Square for a distance of approximately 200m in a westerly direction to enable Tarmac to carry out patching work on the carriageway. No alternative route is available. This Order, which previously came into operation on 5 February 2018, will now recommence on 21 April 2018 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required for four weeks. Orders (e) and (f) have a maximum duration of 18 months. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated durations to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of some of the works.
