Notice is hereby given that I Anuradha Salwatura have applied to St Helens council for Variation of a Premises Licence for the premises known as Family Mart, 10 Penny Lane, Haydock, St Helens, WA11 OQS
Under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003. The proposed variation is:
1) Substitution of plan.

2) To amend current licensed hours for sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises on Mondays to Saturdays to 07.00hrs to 23.00hrs.

3) To remove the licensed hours on Good Friday and Christmas Day and for these to become normal trading days.

4) The introduction of an updated operating schedule.

The application can be inspected at the Licensing Unit, Wesley House, Corporation Street, St Helens WA10 1 HF anytime Monday to Friday between the hours of 9.30 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. Any representations must be made in writing or email to the Licensing Manager, Wesley house, Corporation Street, St Helens WA10 1HF. It is an offence to make a false statement in relation to an application, the maximum fine being £5,000.
