LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE.
I, Jonathan Orchard, have applied to Chiltern District Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence for The Little Orchard, 22 High Street, Chesham Bucks HP5 1EP. The proposed variation is for the following:-Sale of alcohol both on and off the premises to allow for consumption of alcohol in external seating area immediately to front of the retail unit. Extended opening time until 1.00am Friday and Saturday for special events and private parties. Playing of recorded music.
