Licensing Act 2003 Application to Vary a Premises Licence
We, Govinda Stores Ltd hereby give notice that we have applied to Epsom & Ewell Borough Council to vary a premises licence certificate for the premises know as and situated at 42 Sefton Road, Epsom, Surrey KT199HG.
The variation is to existing licence, moving back to newly built building. Change non-standard timings for Good Friday, Christmas Day and New Years Day are from 0600 to 2230 hours.. Any interested party or responsible authority wishing to submit representation to this application must do so in writing by no later than Wednesday 9* May 2018.
Representations must be submitted to : Grants & Licensing Team, Epsom & Ewell Borough Council, Town Hall, The Parade, Epsom KT185BY.
A copy of this application, and the Licence Registers may be inspected at the above address, between the hours of 9.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays).
Any person knowingly or recklessly making a false statement in connection with an application, commits an offence, and will be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
